WhO IS TEDDIE BUCKLEY?
Teddie began his career as a mountain guide, but when COVID brought that chapter to an abrupt pause, he returned home and started working on local farms—something he had grown up doing during the summers. It was there that he reconnected with his love for the countryside and found a way to combine it with his passion for climbing, ultimately leading him into tree surgery.
After several years of subcontracting across the United Kingdom, Teddie refined his skills and developed a strong focus on technical tree work. He later moved to the Channel Islands, where he gained invaluable experience dealing with dangerous and windblown trees in the aftermath of hurricane-force storms and other extreme weather events. This work went on to open opportunities to collaborate with charities and specialist companies, including DART, undertaking complex and high-risk operations.
